Service Terms & Conditions

Fibre Equipment

  • A standard WiFi multi frequency router is supplied which has 2Ghz & 5Ghz capability. Should the WiFi range of the standard router supplied by insufficient to meet the customers’ requirements, all cabling and extenders will be for the customers’ account.
  • An Openserve ONT will be provided. The ONT must remain at the address where it was activated, as it will not function at a different location.

Installation and Activation Lead Time

  • Please note that Openserve’s installation time frame ranges from 2 to 30 days. • ITSC will make every effort to coordinate with service providers to meet these timelines; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Cabling and Installation Terms

  • Includes 30 meters of cabling with activation.
  • If additional cabling is needed, the contractor from the last-mile provider will inform you and provide a quotation.
  • Fees for additional cabling are payable directly to the last-mile provider, not to ITSC

Cancellation

  • One calendar months’ notice is required after 12-month service period has been served. Please send cancellations to accounts@itsc-za.co.za.
  • Account cannot be cancelled if accounts are not settled.
  • Early termination fees will be applied. If your account is cancelled due to non-payment, a cancellation fee of twice the amount of your service fee will be charged.

Activation Fees

  • Openserve and activation fees are covered under our 12-month contract options.
  • Line migration fees are R575.
  • Line regrade fee R175.
